As a HOA member of La Estancia we share the cost of replacing the sprinkler boxes when necessary. On this page you will see our suggested option for replacement. We feel we have accomplished our community objectives of best price, water conservation and ease of use. The unit has been tested with great results and you will find links on this page to walk through the process of replacing your sprinkler box easily.

​Receive a rebate for 50 percent of your cost (up to $150) when you purchase an eligible WaterSense smart controller. Smart controllers reduce water waste by automatically adjusting how often and how long a landscape is watered based on local weather and landscape conditions.
Easy Steps
  • Order  Rachio 3 8 zone - it is important for you as a home owner to order the unit yourself so you can qualify for the Utah Water Savers rebate of 50% of the irrigation system.
  • Order waterproof box to house the Rachio 3 irrigation system.
  • Install and photograph your installed Rachio 3. This is easy enough to do yourself, however if you would like a recommendation please contact, Tracy Wright at [email protected]
  • Submit required paperwork and photos to Utah Water Savers. The link above "rebate request" takes you directly to the site and instructions.
  • Rebate check will arrive in the mail in approximately 1 - 2 weeks.
  • Submit receipt for Rachio 3, waterproof box, copy of rebate check and installation invoice (if you have it installed by our recommended person) to HOA Irrigation Share Program by clicking the button below.
  • The shared cost will be 25% of the Rachio 3, 50% of the waterproof box, 50% of the installation costs provided you use our recommendation. At the time of this email the cost will be under $105.50 for you as the owner. You will also be the warranty owner of the unit.
