One of the premiere amenities available to La Estancia residents is the clubhouse which has a kitchen, living room, exercise room, pool table and flat-screen smart TVs. The exercise room has treadmills, cycling machines, free weights and other workout equipment. Inside the clubhouse is a heated pool and Jacuzzi spa which are open year-round, and an outdoor pool that is open in the summer months. Outside the clubhouse is a picnic table, children’s playground area, a fire pit, a covered entertainment area, and a large parking area.

It’s true—many enjoy using outdoor swimming pools to exercise, spend time with friends or family, and work on their tans, but we have you covered even when winter months aren't conducive for tanning and outdoors. Our indoor swimming pool and spa are open all year.
AMENITIES
Heated indoor pool with spa and seasonal outdoor pool are available for the La Estancia community. You may access the outdoor pool by way of the outside north gate or the outside south gate. Access to the indoor pool is available from the outdoor pool deck area and from inside the clubhouse as well. The clubhouse does have large bathrooms, one men's and one women's.
Please be aware there is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk and we encourage swimming with a buddy and keeping close watch on children.

The outdoor pool is open seasonally, starting with the Memorial Day weekend and continuing through Labor Day.

The La Estancia Dog Park is a large fenced area for off-leash play time for dogs. There is a water source for hydrating and a fun tunnel, grass and gravel to play.
Please walk your dogs on-leash to the dog park and then establish a friendly environment with the other dogs present before unleashing your dog. This is for the safety of dogs and people.

Small Dogs Only Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am - 11am are reserved for small dogs (12 lbs and under) only.
Leashed Dogs Only Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11am - 1 pm. Dogs in the dog park must remain on leash during these hours.

Open access to all La Estancia homeowners and guests. Pickleball courts follow standard court etiquette. Please be courteous to fellow players.
